Hadith 28932
٢٨٩٣٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن حسن بن صالح عن عبيدة عن يزيد الضخم عن علي قال: إذا كسر الصلب (فمنع) (١) الجماع ففيه الدية (٢).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said that when the back is broken and he is unable to have intercourse, then full blood money (diyah) will be due for it.
