Hadith 2893
٢٨٩٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا سفيان بن عيينة عن الزهري عن عبيد اللَّه عن ابن عباس قال: جئت أنا والفضل على أتان والنبي ﷺ يصلي بالناس، فمررنا على بعض الصف فنزلنا، وتركناها ترتع فلم يقل لنا شيئا (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that I and Hazrat Fadl were riding on a donkey, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was leading the people in prayer. We passed in front of a row and got down from the donkey and let it graze, but the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not say anything to us about this.
