Hadith 28928
٢٨٩٢٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج عن عمرو بن شعيب قال: قضى أبو بكر في صلب الرجل إذا كسر ثم جبر بالدية كاملة، إذا كان لا يحمل له، وبنصف الدية إذا كان يحمل له (١).
Hazrat Amr bin Shu'aib narrates that Abu Bakr said regarding a man's backbone that when it breaks and he cannot bear a load, then the full blood money (diyah) is due; and if he can bear a load, then he decreed half the blood money.
