Hadith 28749
٢٨٧٤٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن سعيد عن قتادة عن خلاس عن علي في الرجل الأعور إذا أصيبت (عينه) (١) الصحيحة، قال: إن شاء (أن) (٢) تفقأ عينٌ مكان عينٍ، ويأخذ النصف، وإن شاء أخذ الدية كاملة (٣).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding a one-eyed man, when his sound eye is injured, said that if he wishes, he may take out the other person's eye in retaliation and take half the blood money, and if he wishes, he may take the full blood money only.
