٢٨٧١٥ - فقال سعيد: لو أصيب الفم كله في قضاء عمر لنقصت (الدية) (١)، ولو أصيب في قضاء معاوية لزادت الدية، ولو كنت أنا: لجعلت في الأضراس بعيرين بعيرين.
28715 - Sa'id said: If the entire mouth were injured in the judgment of Umar, the (blood money) would be decreased (1), and if it were in the judgment of Mu'awiya, the blood money would be increased, and if it were up to me: I would assign for the molar teeth two camels each.
