٢٨٦٨٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج] (١) قال: أخبرني عبد الكريم عن عمرو بن (شعيب) (٢) قال: إن قطعت الترقوة فلم يعش فله الدية كاملة، فإن عاش ففيها خمسون من الإبل.
Hazrat Amr bin Shu'aib said that if the collarbone is broken and the person does not survive, then the full blood money (diyah) is due, and if the person survives, then fifty camels are due for it.
