Hadith 28652
٢٨٦٥٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا بن فضيل عن أشعث عن الشعبي عن عبد اللَّه: في اللسان إذا استؤصل الدية أخماسًا، فما نقص فبالحساب (١).
It is narrated from Abdullah that if the tongue is uprooted from the root, the blood money will be in five parts, and if it is less than that (i.e., not uprooted from the root), then the blood money will be according to that proportion.
