٢٨٥٧١ - (حدثنا أبو بكر قال) (١): حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج قال: قال سليمان بن موسى: كتب عمر بن عبد العزيز إلى أمراء الأجناد: في الأنف إذا (أوعب) (٢) جدعه الدية كاملة، فما أصيب من الأنف (فبحساب) (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that Sulaiman bin Musa said that Umar bin Abdul Aziz issued an order to the commanders of the armies that when the nose is cut off from the root, the compensation (diyah) will be according to that.
