Hadith 28306
٢٨٣٠٦ - حدثنا جعفر بن عون عن أبي العميس عن زياد (مولى) (١) مصعب عن الحسن أن أصحاب رسول اللَّه ﷺ سألوه: ما (نفقتنا) (٢) على أهلينا فقال: "ما أنفقتم على أهليكم في غير إسراف ولا تقتير فهو في سبيل اللَّه" (٣).
Hasan Basri narrates that the companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) asked him: "What is the status of what we spend on our families?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: "The wealth that you spend on your families without extravagance and without miserliness is counted as being in the way of Allah."
