Hadith 28297
٢٨٢٩٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد السلام عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في قوله (تعالى) (١): ﴿وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا أَنْفَقُوا لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا وَكَانَ بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ قَوَامًا﴾ [الفرقان: ٦٧]، قال: لا يجيعهم ولا يعريهم، ولا (ينفق) (٢) نفقة يقول الناس: (إنه) (٣) أسرف فيها.
Hazrat Mughira narrates that Ibrahim, in accordance with the saying of Allah, the Lord of Might: Translation: And those who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor miserly, and their spending is moderate between the two. He said: They neither keep them hungry nor deprive them of clothing, nor do they spend in such a way that people say he has been wasteful in this matter.
