Hadith 28226
٢٨٢٢٦ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن حبيب (عن) (١) عبد اللَّه بن باباه عن أبي هريرة قال: من قال حين يأوي إلى فراشه: لا إله إلا اللَّه، وحده، لا شريك له، له الملك وله الحمد، وهو على كل شيء قدير، سبحان اللَّه وبحمده (والحمد للَّه) (٢)، لا إله إلا اللَّه، اللَّه أكبر غفرت ذنوبه وإن كانت مثل زبد البحر (٣) (٤).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Babah narrates that Hazrat Abu Hurairah said: Whoever, while lying on his bed, recites this supplication: There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, He is alone, He has no partner, His is the dominion and for Him is all praise and thanks, and He is capable of everything. Allah is pure from all defects and is with His praise, all praise is for Allah alone, there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, Allah is the Greatest. Then the sins of that person will be forgiven even if they are as much as the foam of the sea.
