Hadith 27793
٢٧٧٩٣ - حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن عاصم عن (زر) (١) قال: أتيت صفوان بن عسال المرادي فقال لي: ما جاء بك؟ فقلت: ابتغاء العلم، قال: فإن الملائكة تضع ⦗٣٦٢⦘ أجنحتها لطالب العلم (٢).
Hazrat Asim narrates that Hazrat Zir said: I presented myself before Hazrat Safwan bin Assal Muradi. He asked me: For what purpose have you come? I replied: To seek knowledge. He said: Verily, the angels spread their wings for the seeker of knowledge.
