Hadith 27791
٢٧٧٩١ - حدثنا إسماعيل بن عياش عن شرحبيل بن مسلم قال: سمعت أبا أمامة الباهلي يقول: سمعت رسول اللَّه ﷺ يقول: "من ادعى إلى غير أبيه (أو) (١) انتمى إلى غير مواليه، فعليه لعنة اللَّه (التابعة) (٢) إلى يوم القيامة" (٣).
Hazrat Abu Umamah Bahili narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Whoever attributes someone to other than his (real) father, and whoever attributes himself to anyone other than his master, upon him is the continuous curse of Allah until the Day of Judgment.
