٢٧٧٥١ - حدثنا شريك عن أبي إسحاق عن البراء قال: ما ولى رسول اللَّه ﷺ دبره يوم حنين قال: والعباس وأبو سفيان آخذان بلجام بغلته (١) وهو يقول: أنا النبي لا كذب … أنا ابن عبد المطلب (٢)
Hazrat Bara bin Azib narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) did not turn his back and flee on the day of the Battle of Hunayn. And Hazrat Abbas and Hazrat Abu Sufyan were holding the reins of his mule, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) was saying: I am a Prophet, there is no lie in this. I am the son of Abdul Muttalib.
