Hadith 27040
٢٧٠٤٠ - حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن الشيباني عن الوليد بن العيزار عن سعد بن إياس أبي عمرو الشيباني عن (ابن) (١) مسعود قال: قلت يا رسول اللَّه أي الأعمال أفضل؟ قال: الصلاة لميقاتها قال: قلت: ثم أي؟ قال: بر الوالدين (٢).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I asked: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Which deed is the best? He (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: Performing the prayer at its appointed time. I asked: Then which deed is the best? He (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: Showing kindness to parents.
