Hadith 27025
٢٧٠٢٥ - حدثنا حسين بن علي (عن) (١) زائدة عن علي بن زيد عن أبي نضرة عن أبي سعيد قال: سمعت رسول اللَّه ﷺ يقول: "اتقوا الغضب، فإنها جمرة توقد في قلب بن آدم، ألم (تر) (٢) (إلى) (٣) انتفاخ أوداجه وحمرة عينيه، فمن (أحس) (٤) من ذلك شيئا فليلزق بالأرض" (٥).
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Beware of anger. Indeed, it is a burning coal that smolders in the heart of the son of Adam. Do you not see the swollen veins and the red eyes of the person afflicted with anger? Therefore, whoever feels even a little anger should lie down on the ground.
