Hadith 27002
٢٧٠٠٢ - حدثنا ابن (علية) (١) عن زياد بن (مخراق) (٢) عن معاوية بن قرة عن (أبيه) (٣) أن رجلًا قال للنبي ﷺ: إني لأذبح الشاة (وإني) (٤) أرحمها أو قال: إني لأرحم الشاة إذا ذبحتها فقال: "إن الشاة إن رحمتها رحمك اللَّه مرتين" (٥).
Hazrat Qarah narrates that a man said to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "I slaughtered a goat and I felt great compassion for it," or he said, "Indeed, I had great compassion for the goat when I slaughtered it." Upon this, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Surely, if you showed compassion to the goat, Allah will show compassion to you." He said this twice.
