Hadith 26844
٢٦٨٤٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن عيينة عن الزهري عن القاسم عن عائشة قالت: (دخل) (١) عليَّ النبي ﷺ وقد استترت بقرام فيه تماثيل، فلما رآه تغير لونه وهتكه بيده، ثم قال: "إن أشد الناس عذابًا يوم القيامة الذين يشبهون بخلق اللَّه" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). She says that the Noble Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) came to me and I had hung a curtain with pictures on it. When he (peace and blessings be upon him) saw it, his blessed face changed color. He (peace and blessings be upon him) tore it with his hand and said: "On the Day of Resurrection, the people who will receive the severest punishment will be those who try to imitate the creation of Allah Almighty."
