Hadith 26834
٢٦٨٣٤ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا زيد بن الحباب قال: أخبرنا أسامة بن (زيد ابن) (١) أسلم قال: حدثني أبي أنه بنى على (أخيه) (٢) فدخل ابن عمر فرأى صورة في البيت فمحاها أو حكها، ثم قال: سمعت رسول اللَّه ﷺ (يقول) (٣): "لا تدخل الملائكة بيتًا فيه (صورة ولا كلب) (٤) "] (٥) (٦).
Hazrat Usama bin Zaid says: My father narrated to me that he held a wedding feast for his brother. And Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) also came and saw a picture in the house. So he erased it or rubbed it out, then said: I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say, "Angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or a picture."
