Hadith 26774
٢٦٧٧٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حاتم عن جعفر عن أبيه قال: كان رسول اللَّه ﷺ (يتختم) (١) بخاتم من ذهب، فخرج (على) (٢) الناس فطفقوا ينظرون إليه، فوضع يده اليمنى على خنصره ثم رجع (إلى) (٣) البيت فرمى به (٤).
Hazrat Ja'far narrates from his father. He says that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, wore a gold ring, and when he, peace and blessings be upon him, came out to the people, they began to look at that ring. Then he, peace and blessings be upon him, placed his right hand on his little finger. After that, he, peace and blessings be upon him, returned to his house and threw it away.
