Hadith 26759
٢٦٧٥٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (١) ابن مهدي عن سفيان عن حبيب عن طاوس قال: كان (لرسول) (٢) اللَّه ﷺ (خاتم) (٣) (من) (٤) فضة في يده، فقال النبي ﷺ: "لكم نظرة، ولهذا نظرة، لقد عنّاني هذا اليوم فنزعه، فأعطاه رجلًا" (٥).
It is narrated from Hazrat Tawoos. He says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had a silver ring which was in his hand. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "You also have an evil eye, and there is also defect and harm in it. Indeed, today it has put me in difficulty." So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) took it off, and then he gave it to a man.
