Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Harsha that Hazrat Umar asked for a razor, then he raised a man's lower garment above his ankles, and then whatever was below that, he cut off. The narrator says, it is as if that scene is before my eyes, that pieces of cloth were falling on his heels.
