موضع الإزار؛ أين هو؟Where Should the Lower Garment Be Worn?
Hadith 26435
٢٦٤٣٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن أبي (غفار) (١) عن أبي تميمة الهجيمي عن أبي جرى الهجيمي قال: أتيت رسول اللَّه ﷺ فقلت: عليك السلام، يا رسول اللَّه، قال: " (لا تقل) (٢): عليك السلام فإن "عليك السلام" تحية [الموتى"، قال: وقلت: يا رسول اللَّه زدني، قال: "الإزار إلى نصف الساق، فإن أبيت فإلى الكعبين، فإياك والمخيلة؛ فإن اللَّه لا يحب] (٣) المخيلة" (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Jari Hijimi. He says: I presented myself before the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! 'Alaikas salam.'" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Do not say 'Alaikas salam' because this is the greeting for the dead." The narrator says: I said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Tell me something more." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Keep your lower garment up to the middle of the shin, but if you refuse, then keep it up to the ankles. Beware! Avoid arrogance, for Allah Almighty dislikes arrogance."
