Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Hazrat Sha’bi. He says that I went out with Hazrat Abu Wa’il until we reached the place where sellers of leather garments were. And Hazrat Abu Wa’il bought that garment. The seller said, “O Abu Wa’il! I will charge you more (money) because this is purified (tanned leather).” Hazrat Abu Wa’il said, “What you have said, I would buy it for one qirat, I do not like this statement.” Hazrat Abu Husain says that Ibrahim also used to say this, and Hazrat Sa’id bin Jubair also used to say this.
