Hadith 26259
٢٦٢٥٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عفان قال: أخبرنا (حماد بن سلمة) (١) قال: أخبرنا (أنس) (٢) بن سيرين عن أبي مجلز عن حفصة (أن) (٣) (عطارد) (٤) (بن حاجب) (٥) جاء بثوب ديباج كساه إياه كسرى فقال عمر: ألا (أشتريه) (٦) لك يا رسول اللَّه قال: "إنما يلبسه من لا خلاق له" (٧).
It is narrated from Hazrat Hafsa that Atard bin Hajib brought a cloth of Dibaj which Kisra had given him to wear. So Hazrat Umar said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Shall I buy this cloth for you?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Only he wears this cloth who has no share (in the Hereafter)."
