Hadith 26029
٢٦٠٢٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه عن عائشة قالت: قالوا: يا رسول اللَّه، إن الأعراب يأتوننا بلحم لا ندري ما هو، ذكر اسم اللَّه عليه أم لا، فقال: "سموا عليه وكلوه" (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). She says that the companions asked, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! The Bedouins bring us meat, about which we do not know what it is? Whether the name of Allah has been mentioned over it or not?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Recite 'Bismillah' over it and eat (it)."
