Hadith 2553
٢٥٥٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن قيس بن مسلم عن طارق بن شهاب قال: قام (فينا) (١) رجل من أصحاب النبي ﷺ من الأنصار يوم القادسية فقال؛ إذا ركع فليضع يديه على ركبتيه، وليمكن حتى يعلو عجيب ذنبه (٢).
Hazrat Tariq bin Shihab narrates that during the Battle of Qadisiyyah, an Ansari companion stood among us and said that when a person wishes to perform ruku (bowing), he should place his hands on his knees and bend well until the lower part of his back becomes elevated.
