(في) الرجل يدرك الإمام وهو راكع (هل) تجزئه تكبيرة؟If someone joins the imam in ruku, does he get that rak‘ah?
Hadith 2527
٢٥٢٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري عن سالم عن ابن عمر وزيد بن ثابت (قالا) (١): إذا أدرك الرجل القوم ركوعا فإنه يجزئه تكبيرة واحدة (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) and Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit say that if a person joins the Imam while he is in the state of bowing (ruku‘), then saying one takbeer is sufficient for him.
