Hadith 2515
٢٥١٥ - حدثنا حفص عن عبد الملك قال: وإن سعيد بن جبير يكبر كلما رفع، وكلما ركع، قال: فذكر ذلك لأبي جعفر فقال: قد علم أنها صلاة رسول اللَّه ﷺ فقال سعيد: إنما هو شيء يزين به الرجل صلاته (١).
Hazrat Abdul Malik says that Saeed bin Jubair used to say takbeer when rising from ruku and when going into ruku. When this was mentioned to Abu Ja'far, he said that they knew this was the way of prayer of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Hazrat Saeed also used to say that because of this action, the dignity of the prayer increases.
