Hadith 25129
٢٥١٢٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى (١) بن أبي (بكير) (٢) قال: حدثنا (٣) زهير بن محمد (عن يزيد) (٤) بن خصيفة عن (عمر) (٥) بن عبد اللَّه بن كعب عن نافع عن عثمان بن (أبي) (٦) (العاص) (٧) الثقفي قال: قدمت على رسول اللَّه ﷺ وبي وجع قد كاد يبطلني، فقال (لي) (٨) رسول اللَّه ﷺ (٩): "اجعل يدك اليمنى عليه، ثم قل بسم اللَّه أعوذ بعزة اللَّه وقدرته من شر ما أجد سبع مرات"، ففعلت ذلك فشفاني اللَّه (١٠).
It is narrated from Hazrat Uthman bin Abu al-As Thaqafi, he says: I presented myself before the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in such a state that I was suffering from an ailment which was about to destroy me. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me, "Place your right hand on the spot of pain and then say these words: 'I seek refuge in the honor and power of Allah from every pain that I feel,' say this seven times." So I did this, and Allah Almighty granted me healing.
