Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Hazrat Saeed bin Al-Musayyib, Hazrat Abu Salamah bin Abdur Rahman, Hazrat Urwah bin Zubair, and Hazrat Sulaiman bin Yasar that if a person rents a house and then rents it out to someone else at a higher price, two of these individuals permitted it and two disliked it.
