Hadith 24818
٢٤٨١٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال: سمعت حسن بن صالح قال: نفقة (الرهن) (١) على المرتهن لأنه في ضمانه.
Hazrat Hasan bin Salih says that the maintenance of the pawned item is the responsibility of the pawnee because it is in his guarantee, and Hazrat Abu Hanifa says that the maintenance is the responsibility of the pawnor.
