Hadith 24735
٢٤٧٣٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: (حدثنا) (١) هشام وابن عون (عن) (٢) ابن سيرين، (قال) (٣): كان يقول في الرجل يستأجر الدار والسفينة فيقول: إن (جئتك) (٤) إلى كذا وكذا وإلا فهو لك، قال: فإن لم يجئه فهو له.
Hazrat Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) used to say regarding the person who rents a house or a boat on the condition that if he goes to such and such place, then it is for him, otherwise this amount is yours: he said, if he does not go, then the amount will belong to him.
