Hadith 24734
٢٤٧٣٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن عيينة] (١) عن عمرو عن عبد الرحمن ابن فروخ (أن) (٢) نافع بن (عبد) (٣) الحارث اشترى (دار السجن) (٤) من صفوان بن أمية بأربعة آلاف درهم، فإن (رضي عمر) (٥) فالبيع له، وإن عمر لم يرض فأربعمائة لصفوان (٦).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Farukh that Hazrat Nafi’ bin Abdul Harith bought a prison from Safwan bin Umayyah for four thousand dirhams on the condition that if Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) agreed, the sale would be valid, and if Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) did not agree, then four hundred dirhams would belong to Safwan.
