Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Hazrat Ash'ath that a man's wall, which was between him and his neighbor, collapsed. The neighbor took the matter to Qazi Shurayh. He did not compel the owner of the wall to rebuild it, but instead ordered the neighbor to make his own arrangement for privacy.
