Hadith 24426
٢٤٤٢٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن جابر عن عامر قال: إذا قبض المرتهن الرهن ثم مات الراهن وعليه دين، فهو أحق به من الغرماء حتى يستوفي.
Hazrat Aamir says that when the mortgagee takes possession of the pledged property, and then the pledger dies and he has a debt, then the mortgagee has more right than the other creditors.
