Hadith 24390
٢٤٣٩٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير بن حازم عن ابن سيرين قال: بعث عمر بن الخطاب قاضيا، فاختصم إليه رجلان في دينار، قال: فأعطاه أحدهما، وأعطى الآخر دينارًا من عنده، فبلغ ذلك عمر فبعث إليه فعزله (١).
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) sent a judge. Two people came to him with a dispute. He gave one of them (something) and gave a dinar from himself to the other. When Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) heard of this, he dismissed him.
