Hadith 24374
٢٤٣٧٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة قال: سألت الحكم عن شهادة اليهودي على النصراني (و) (١) النصراني على اليهودي، فقال الحكم: لا تجوز شهادة أهل دين على (أهل) (٢) دين.
Hazrat Sha’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hakam about the ruling regarding the testimony of a Jew over a Christian and a Christian over a Jew. Hazrat Hakam replied: The testimony of one follower of a religion over another follower of a different religion is not accepted.
