Hadith 24368
٢٤٣٦٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن ليث عن عطاء قال: لا تجوز شهادة اليهودي على النصراني، ولا النصراني على (اليهودي) (١)، ولا ملة على غير ملتها إلا المسلمين.
Hazrat Ata says that the testimony of a Jew against a Christian and of a Christian against a Jew is not accepted, and apart from Muslims, the testimony of one follower of a religion against the followers of another religion is not accepted.
