الرجل يقرض (الرجل) الدراهمA Person Lends Dirhams to Another
Hadith 24253
٢٤٢٥٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن (شعبة) (١) قال: سألت الحكم وحمادا عن الرجل يقرض الرجل الدراهم فيعطى أجود منها، (قالا) (٢): لا بأس ما لم تكن نيته على ذلك.
Hazrat Sha’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad whether a person gives dirhams as a loan to another, and he returns better and superior ones to him? They replied: If he does not intend (to receive better ones), then there is no harm in it.
