Hadith 24248
٢٤٢٤٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم وحماد، قال: سألتهما (عن) (١) الرجل يقرض (الرجل) (٢) (الدراهم) (٣) فيأخذ خيرًا من الذي أعطى، (فقالا) (٤): إن لم يكن نوى فلا بأس.
Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad were asked if a person gives a loan to someone and then receives better than what he gave? They replied: If it was not stipulated as a condition, then there is no harm.
