Hadith 24208
٢٤٢٠٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن أبي الزبير عن جابر قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "من كانت له شركة في أرض (أو) (١) ربعة فليس له أن يبيع حتى يستأذن شريكه، فإن شاء أخذ، وإن شاء ترك" (٢).
Muhammad, may Allah have mercy on him, said: If a person has a partnership in land or a house, it is not permissible for him to sell it without the permission of his partner. If his partner wishes, he may buy it himself, and if he wishes, he may not buy it.
