Hadith 24198
٢٤١٩٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبدة (عن) (١) عبد الملك عن عطاء عن جابر قال: قال: رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "الجار أحق بشفعة جاره إذا كان (طريقهما) (٢) (واحدًا) (٣) (ينتظر بها) (٤) وإن كان غائبا" (٥).
The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If the path of the neighbors is one, then the neighbor of the house has a greater right to pre-emption, and if he is not present, then he will be waited for.
