٢٤١١٠ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن ابن أبي نجيح عن طاوس ⦗٤٢٢⦘ قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "لا رقبى، من أرقب رقبى فهي لورثة المرقب"] (١) (٢).
The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Ruqba has no validity. Whoever receives a house as ruqba, it will belong to the heirs of the giver."
