٢٤٠٧٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا حماد بن زيد عن يحيى ابن عتيق عن الحسن قال: يضمن المشتري إذا كان بالخيار.
Hasan says that if there is an option (of rescinding the sale), then the buyer will be liable.
