Hadith 24073
٢٤٠٧٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن جابر عن عامر في الرجل يشتري السلعة على أن ينظر إليها فماتت، قال: يضمن (المشتري) (١).
Hazrat Aamir says regarding the person who buys goods on the condition that he will inspect them, then they are destroyed, he said: The buyer will be liable.
