Hadith 24020
٢٤٠٢٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال: إذا بيع العبد وعليه دين وله مال، فماله للذي ابتاعه. (ودينه على الذي باعه) (١).
Ibrahim says that when someone sells a slave who is in debt and also possesses wealth, then his wealth belongs to the buyer, and his debt remains upon the seller.
