٢٣٩٨٧ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة قال: سألت الحكم عنه فقال: المال للمشتري] (١).
Shu’bah says that I asked Hakam about this matter, so he, may Allah have mercy on him, said: The wealth will belong to the buyer.
