٢٣٩٨٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن الشيباني عن الشعبي عن عبد اللَّه بن عتبة وشريح قالا: إذا باعه وله مال فماله للمشتري.
Hazrat Abdullah bin Utbah and Hazrat Shurayh state: If a slave is sold and he possesses some property, then that property will belong to the purchaser.
