Hadith 23985
٢٣٩٨٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن عبيد (اللَّه) (١) (عن) (٢) نافع عن ابن عمر قال: قال عمر: من باع عبدا وله مال فماله لسيده إلا أن يشترط الذي اشتراه (٣).
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if a person buys a slave who also possesses some wealth, then that wealth will belong to the master, unless the buyer stipulates a condition, in which case it will belong to the buyer.
